Room Types

There are a number of accommodation options in convenient locations offering comfortable rooms and high-quality facilities for international students who want to study in China. The room types could be on or off-campus and vary from single, double occupancy to shared apartments and private studios as well we private apartments. These include but are not limited to: the facilities within the room & the site, the location of the room as well as how recently the room has been built or refurbished.

FACILITIES

Bed, Desk and Chair, Wardrobe, Drawer Unit

These facilities could be found in all types of accommodation irrespective of their location – off campus or campus apartments.

Internet Access & Telephone

Universities have capus wifi and sudents could have access with a student ID and Card. If our appartment is off campus, you will need to subscribe to the services of Internet Service Providers. Some of the internet services comes with monthly call minutes and bundles

Shared Pantry or Kitchen Facilities

Studio flats and Apartment flats comes with private kitchens but Non-En Suites have kitchens but are shared with other occupants. Students have friges to store their groceries and food

Ensuite or Shared Bathroom Facilities

There is a bathroom to all apartments but you get share with the Non-En Suites but private with private apartments. We have provided complete descriptions on the apartment-type page check it out

Laundry Facilities and Machinese

Laundry facilities are shared on campus but you may have your own washing machines in private apartments. Students will need to buy their own detergents

Room Services

There are room services available on campus. Most universities provide laundry services for bedsheets etc but there are Cleaning staff who show up to clean your room every morning. For students who opt for private apartment, you should arrange for your own cleaning services
